We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or Google user data.

- With your organization and authorized users. Information may be available to your organization’s authorized administrators, employees, contractors, and other users who are permitted to access the relevant business account or report.
- With service providers. We may use service providers for website hosting, cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, email delivery, reporting, analytics, security, customer support, advertising measurement, or related business operations. They may access or process information only as needed to provide services to us and subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and contractual obligations.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Choices
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and secure our website, remember preferences, understand website use, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve our Services.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect some website or Service functionality.
You may manage certain Meta advertising preferences through your Facebook ad preferences or related Meta account settings. You may also use browser or device-level controls where available.
6. Data Retention, Google Disconnects, and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our systems.
If you disconnect a Google account from Cinchy, we will stop using the authorization token associated with that connection for future Google data access. We may retain information previously imported or reports previously generated for a reasonable period when necessary to provide historical reporting, maintain service records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect our legitimate business interests.
You may revoke Cinchy’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings and third-party app access controls. Revoking access stops future access using the revoked authorization but does not automatically delete information previously imported into Cinchy.
To request deletion of your account or eligible personal information stored by CinchLocal, contact us at cary@cinchlocal.com. We will process requests in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate legal, security, accounting, and record-retention obligations. Deleting information may limit or end your access to certain Services.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures may include role-based access controls, encryption in transit, security controls for sensitive credentials and authorization tokens, logging, backups, and restricted access to systems and data.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, using strong passwords, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information.
You may:

Our website and Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, and services, including Google, Meta, Facebook, and Instagram. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, which are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review third-party privacy policies before providing information or authorizing an integration.
