CinchLocal Terms of Service

Welcome to CinchLocal.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, Services, software, applications, training materials, or any associated offerings (“Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and/or Services immediately.
1. Services Provided
CinchLocal.com is a specialized marketing agency serving roofing and home-service businesses. We provide digital marketing, consulting, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, AI-powered content, website development, training, and other strategies to help businesses improve visibility, leads, and brand authority.
We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick” program, or guaranteed income system.
2. No Guaranteed Earnings
While our Services are designed to improve marketing performance, we do not guarantee specific earnings, revenue, phone calls, booked jobs, new customers, or financial success. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including (but not limited to) pricing, reviews, market conditions, competition, the client’s sales process, follow-up, operational capabilities, and business decisions.
Testimonials, examples, and case studies represent individual client outcomes and do not guarantee similar results for every business.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their business.
- Maintain any required business licenses and legal compliance.
- Follow required implementation steps for campaign performance.
- Maintain account access (Google Business Profile, domain, website, social accounts, etc.).
- Respond to communications and approvals on a timely basis.
CinchLocal.com is not responsible for how leads, calls, inquiries, messages, or customers are handled, followed up on, priced, scheduled, or converted by the client.
4. Payments, Billing & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:
- All payments are non-refundable.
- All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled under the notice policy in Section 8.
- Delayed, declined, or failed payments may pause or terminate services.
- Certain Services may include conditional or performance-based guarantees, but these are only valid when explicitly provided in writing for a specific service and may require verification of access, compliance, and participation from the client.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by or provided through CinchLocal.com—including marketing assets, systems, frameworks, AI-generated content, landing pages, templates, analytics, training, written content, and branding materials—are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of CinchLocal.com.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use delivered assets for their own business. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, resale, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our Services may require or connect to tools such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads, social platforms, SEO software, scheduling systems, hosting providers, or CRM tools. CinchLocal.com does not control these third-party providers and is not responsible for:
- Platform rule changes, suspensions, or restrictions
- Website downtime or domain issues
- Ad account compliance issues
- Billing problems with external vendors
The client is responsible for maintaining subscriptions, access, and required platform logins.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinchLocal.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, profit, data, reputation, or business opportunities resulting from use or inability to use our Services.
Maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client to the Company within the previous 60 days for the service in question.
8. Cancellation & Termination (14-Day Notice Required)
Clients must provide a minimum of 14 days (two weeks) written notice prior to canceling services. This required notice allows CinchLocal.com to properly finalize and deliver the work underway. We invest approximately 10 hours of work per campaign each month within the Roofer Footprint Expansion System™, and this notice ensures proper completion.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to support@cinchlocal.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
During the 14-day notice period:
- Services continue as scheduled.
- Active work may be completed and delivered.
- System access, reports, and optimizations may be prepared for closure.
If access is revoked during the notice period, or if the client ceases cooperation, CinchLocal.com reserves the right to bill for remaining services or any work already completed, whichever is greater.
The Company may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment is late or declined,
- Required access is restricted or revoked,
- The client engages in unlawful, abusive, unethical, or deceptive practices.
Termination, whether by client or company, does not waive outstanding balances due.
9. Changes to Terms
CinchLocal.com may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or Services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version. Updates will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Kendall County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
